Israelis used to be complacent about the need for what they call hasbara, or getting the message out, but recent years find them more focused on this.

Militære installasjoner legges inntil sivile. Om det er for å sikre at det blir sivile tap, eller å hindre at de blir bombet er uvist. Men Hamas bryr seg tydeligvis ikke om sin egen sivilbefolkning.
